* staff search,
so, it is evident that we need a tad bit of help on the site. us admins have been swamped with normal life duties and what not, so we have come to the conclusion to do a staff search. we are in need of two admins to help out around playing house. we need people who can do these few things :
- needs to be active - it is vital to the success of any site that there are active admins. we have been doing our best, though i have been dealing with my own personal life and my boyfriend and admin sarah hasn't had internet for a while, so she's been going to her neighbors since i now live farther from her, so it isn't as easy for her to ome over to my place. we have been doing the best we can, so the new admins would need to be on for every second we can't, we would be highly great full.
- must have a tad bit of experience - no, you don't need to have run a thousand site, that have lived forever. we would just like it if you had had time to familiarize yourself with the site. us admins will help you out and let you get to know playing house before we throw anything hard on you, though it would be nice if you knew how to accept applications and advertise our site.
- previous experience role-playing - it would be quite nice, if whomever applies for this has had role-playing experience. this means that you can post around three hundred words and you have been role-playing for a while. you don't have to be an expert at the stuff, nor do you need to have been doing this for longer than either of us, but a good amount of experience would be nice. also, it would be good in case you were wanting to make characters as well as help us out.
- friendly - of course we want the people who reply to this to be friendly and humble. just because you are an admin doesn't mean you need to force peoples respect on you nor do you need to be rude. we get that people have bad days, when they just wanna give the world the finger, but it would be lovely if you could not take your anger out on any of the other members or admins. we want our site to be one that people feel at home, and like they have friends, so don't make our site a place of hurt and hate.
if you are applying to become an admin on playing house please message admin sarah, she will be overseeing all of the aspects of the post and people. you don't need to be a registered member to apply, just make an account and pm sarah letting her now your interested and all of your qualifications. we need two more admins to help out with the site. when you pm miss sare include a few sites you have been (admin or member) and what you know about manning a site. like i said before, you don't need to have run a whole site by yourself, but minor knowledge is always helpful; but not required.
